After showering or bathing, apply the Collagen Body Oil to slightly damp skin and distribute evenly. Then begin to glide the Gua Sha stone slowly over the body, preferably in the direction of the heart. Notice which level of pressure feels right in different areas, adjust as needed and linger where your body asks for it. The oil massage is especially soothing on the neck, arms, shoulders, abdomen, hips and legs.
To finish the ritual, bring your hands to your chest, close your eyes and take a final, conscious breath of the scent.
